Two weeks in April are devoted to the book fair. We are excited to have our very first one! The teacher preview party was a great success with nearly 100% participation!
Come by to visit on PTA open house at 6PM for some pizza and lemonade ($1.00), then come down to the media center to browse the book fair and watch our student talent show!

Ms. Dextre' will visit classrooms in
April to get students excited about poetry. Using a "concept cube", Ms. Dextre' will teach students about different forms of poetry, including their favorite song lyrics! They will also listen to Langston Hughes himself through his audio poetry readings.
